  4、全面把控各設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、進(jìn)程，過程品質(zhì)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；及時(shí)處理項(xiàng)目滯后狀態(tài)；
  
  5、負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)人員招聘及人力資源優(yōu)化；
  
  6、有效整合團(tuán)隊(duì)，組織協(xié)調(diào)分工，增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力；
  
  7、負(fù)責(zé)對本部門組織進(jìn)行定期技能培訓(xùn)，并且協(xié)調(diào)組員之間工作上的問題。
  
  任職資格：
  
  1、有一定的管理能力及分配工作能力；
  
  2、對方案設(shè)計(jì)師的作品有獨(dú)到的見解及分辨能力；
  
  3、獨(dú)立完成或主持過多項(xiàng)工裝工程設(shè)計(jì)工作；
  
  4、設(shè)計(jì)院及藍(lán)城、綠城體系工作經(jīng)歷人員優(yōu)先。
